Latham Capital is a Commercial property development business operating throughout the North West of England. We maximise value by creating commercial property with secure long dated income suitable for purchase by institutional investors and private equity funds with core mandates.

We understand the issues that make a location desirable for a particular project or occupier and work with landowners, sector specialists and planners to acquire and design sites that meet a specific brief.

Part of the Latham Property Group, Latham Capital has access to architecture, planning, project management and construction expertise to design assets matching the specific requirements of occupiers and deliver them on time and within budget.

Projects are financed by the Group’s balance sheet, select HNW investors and via forward funding’s with institutional partners.

PHIL LATHAM

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Phil graduated from Cambridge University with a 1st Class honours in Real Estate Finance then spent 5 years living in London working as a financial analyst for Amazon UK, investment analyst for the Reech Corporations Group - a real estate Hedge Fund and investment associate for Fiera Real Estate (formerly Palmer Capital) – a real estate private equity fund with £5bn of assets under management. During his professional career, Phil executed and managed £100m of investment into industrial, office, retail and leisure real estate sectors and secured £1bn of investment approval from capital partners for speculative projects including the public to private acquisition of a distressed corporate and development of a 750,000 sqft mixed use scheme on a central London site.
